Giveaway Terms & Conditions: Community Content Trip to Hawaii

Saving money and winning a trip to Hawaii? Count me in!

By participating in the giveaway, you accept the following terms and conditions. This giveaway is in no way affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Meta. Instagram and Meta are not responsible for this giveaway and cannot be contacted regarding it. The organizer is PURELEI GmbH (see imprint).

1. Eligibility Requirements
Participation in the giveaway is free of charge. To enter, you must have purchased a 2025 Advent Calendar during the pre-sale.
You are eligible to participate if you are a natural person aged 18 or older with a valid mailing address in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
Participation using false identities or on behalf of third parties is not allowed.
Employees of PURELEI GmbH and their immediate family members are excluded from participation. Each person may enter the giveaway only once.
As an alternative to the Google form, you may also enter by sending an email to [[email protected]].

2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on May 12, 2025, at 6:00 PM and ends on June 5, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
If you purchased the 2025 Advent Calendar during the pre-sale and registered via the Google form, you will automatically be entered into the drawing.

3. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
If you win, you will be notified via email or direct message on Instagram.
If you do not respond within 2 business days of notification, your prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected. If your contact information is incorrect and we are unable to reach you, you will also forfeit your prize.

4. Prize
There are 2x2 spots available for an exclusive Community Content Trip to Hawaii with Team PURELEI from August 24 to September 1, 2025 (including time zone differences).
The prize includes flights, accommodation, and meals during the trip.
By accepting the prize, you agree that the trip will be filmed and photographed, and that this content may be published on our social media channels—unless you explicitly object.
There is no cash alternative or option to exchange the prize.

5. Disqualification of Participants
PURELEI reserves the right to disqualify participants if there is a valid reason—e.g., violation of the terms, attempted manipulation, or other unauthorized behavior.
Manipulated entries will be disqualified retroactively.

6. Data Protection
Your data will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

7. Liability & Disclaimer
PURELEI is not liable for technical issues or disruptions that may affect your ability to participate.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end the giveaway early for technical or legal reasons.
Legal recourse is excluded.

8. Miscellaneous
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
If any clause in these terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
PURELEI reserves the right to amend the terms for future giveaways. You will be informed of such changes in due time.
