Can all parcels be sent to a Packstation? 

In principle, all parcels can be sent to a Packstation as long as they do not exceed the permitted dimensions and maximum weight. Please note that not all shipping service providers support delivery to Packstations.


Do I have to be authorized to use the Packstation?

Before you can use a Packstation, you must register with DHL for this service and have it activated. After activation, you will receive a postal number that is required for use.


How do I enter the Packstation as the delivery address? 

When ordering, enter the delivery address as follows:

Name: Your name

Street: Packstation

House number: Packstation number

Zip code & city: Postcode and city of the Packstation

Additional information: Your personal postal number


Example: Max Mustermann
Packstation 123
12345 Sample city
Postal number: 987654321


How do I find out that my parcel has arrived at the Packstation?

As soon as your parcel has been deposited in the Packstation, you will receive a notification by email or via the DHL Paket app. You will also receive a collection code that you can use to remove your parcel from the Packstation.


How long do I have to collect my parcel?

Your parcel will usually remain in the Packstation for 7 calendar days. After this period, it will be returned to us or redirected to a branch.


What do I do if I can't collect my parcel?

If you are unable to collect your parcel in time, it will automatically be returned to us after the storage period has expired or taken to a nearby branch for collection. You can organize a collection by a trusted person by passing on the collection code.
